  • Being online means the lines of communication are always open. Our trainer carries his phone at all times and is readily available and routinely checking in on you through the app.

  • Our trainer will check in with you every few days to monitor your progress and make sure that you are completing your workouts.

  • Now that everything is online, it’s trackable. Want to know if you’ve ever done that many reps, or benched that heavy of a weight before? The app will tell you if you’ve hit a personal best.
  • Even stats like body weight and body fat percentage can be tracked and viewed on a graph over time.
  • An important consideration with online personal training is the safety factor.  Therefore, online training is usually best suited for people who are familiar with basic weight lifting exercises or fitness routines  and who just need an extra push and professional guidance to get in shape.
  • Our online personal trainer will provide custom exercise videos and clear instructions on how to do a specific exercise and you can always message our trainer with your questions if you’re unsure how to do something. You’ve got support and fitness advice round the clock, right on your smartphone or computer whenever you need it.

                ONLINE TRAINING OVERVIEW

     
Online personal training is very similar to in-person training, except it’s remarkably cheaper.  For the cost of one in-person session, you can get an entire month of online personal training.  As your trainer, you have 24/7 access to me for questions, guidance, and coaching through a smartphone app or website that I provide for free, where you receive your workout routines and nutritional guidance that I custom design for you.  Your workouts will have instructions and targets for you to reach.  You log your sets and reps for each exercise into the app (or later, on the website).  After your workouts, I view your logs and use them to draft your next workout plans, and provide feedback and suggestions to help you reach your goals.

     Your workouts can consist of any combination of weight training, power lifting, strength training, toning and firming, or aerobic / cardio.  It’s all up to you and what you are wanting to achieve (weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, toning up, strength and conditioning, etc.,) and what equipment you have access to (gym membership, home workout machines, home treadmill, nothing/no equipment, etc.)

  My goal is to provide you with superior service, open communication and access to me, along with excellent training and coaching so you will exceed your goals.  Online personal training can be standalone or combined with personal training in Orlando if you are local or visiting. 

     Online personal training is best suited for someone already familiar with working out and basic exercises and movements.  If you have never worked out using weights or machines before, please schedule a consultation with me first (or some personal training sessions with me in Orlando if you are local) so you can become familiar with the basic movements and routines to avoid injury and develop good form.

The Specifics

  • We will meet for an initial phone consultation (or in-person if you are local) to determine if we would like to work with one another. 
  • If so, you will receive a questionnaire (and other forms) which I will use to draft an individualized workout routine personalized to you, taking into account all the information you provided regarding your goals, availability for training, type of training desired, stats, health conditions, special needs, nutritional info and level of experience.
  • Upon return of your completed questionnaire and signed waiver form(s) and payment through PayPal, if you have a smartphone (iPhone or android), I will send you a link to download the app that you and I will use to communicate and for you to receive and keep track of your workouts, body measurements, photos, and your progress charts.  If you don’t have a smartphone, I will send you access to the website for the same purposes.  (You can also use both.)
  • You will enter some personal data into the app or website.  You can log body measurements, depending on what you are training for, such as waist, hips, biceps, legs, neck, chest, etc., for us to monitor your success.  You can take periodic progress photos in the app.  All of this info will help me analyze your progress and create ongoing workouts specifically personalized for you based on how you are doing in relation to your goals.
  • Then, through the app, you will receive your customized workouts which contain videos for each exercise and instructions on how to perform them along with safety tips.  You will log your sets and reps for each exercise.
  • I will review your progress every few workouts and send you messages through the app or website with my recommendations, suggestions, and performance critiques. 
  • If you have or can obtain the following apps, you can connect them to the app for additional info to assist me in better coaching you:
  • MyFitnessPal – Log all your food and drink intake in this app daily, and I can provide nutrition counseling and overall nutrition support.
  • Fitbit – If you wear one of their activity trackers, I can view your resting heart rate and body weight.
  • Skype – optional communication tool.
  • Facebook and Twitter – The app can post “personal bests” to your timeline, so your friends can see your progress.
  • I am accessible to you every day (as time permits) through the app or website’s communication chat program. 
  • Throughout the month, your workouts will be designed, monitored and fine-tuned by me based on the performance of your past workouts with an eye towards reaching your goals.
